Return and Exchange Policy

At Helmet Hub, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Whether you're looking for a full-face, open-face, modular, half-helmet, adult, or child helmet, we've got you covered. Here's our return and exchange policy to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The helmet must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your helmet.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for return or exchange, and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
  3. If your return is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Returning a Helmet:

  • Pack the helmet in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected.
  • Attach the prepaid return shipping label to the package.
  • Drop off the package at any authorized shipping carrier location.
  • Once we receive the helmet, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Exchanging a Helmet:

  • If you prefer an exchange, please specify the new size, color, or model you would like.
  • We will ship out the new helmet once we have confirmed the availability and received your return.

5. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned helmet.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returns are covered by Helmet Hub for orders within the United States.
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Exclusions:

  • Custom or personalized helmets are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Helmets that have been used or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.
