The Airoh GP550S Full Face Helmet in Matt Black is Airoh’s top-of-the-line sports helmet, evolving from the popular GP500 model. Designed for elite racing, this helmet is a staple in MotoGP, WSBK, BSB, Moto America, and more.
The GP550S features a shell made from Airoh's 'High-Performance Composite' – a lightweight yet impact-resistant material that makes the helmet weigh just 1,370 grams while maintaining exceptional strength.
This helmet isn't just about looks; it boasts a rear spoiler that not only enhances its profile but also stabilises the helmet at high speeds and improves aerodynamics. To keep you cool, it has six air inlets that are easy to open and close while riding, with rear exhausts to extract hot air efficiently.
The visor is designed with track riding in mind, featuring anti-scratch and UV treatments. It has a tool-free removal system, allowing for quick changes. Each GP550S includes a dark smoked visor and a clear visor, both pin-lock and tear-off ready, with a pin-lock lens included.
Inside, the GP550S has hypoallergenic, removable, and washable padding, ensuring it stays fresh for longer. The helmet also includes an emergency fast-release system, allowing safe removal in case of an accident.
